• Canoe Trips - Be sure to call ahead and reserve your time on the day you wish to canoe. We recommend the following outfitters, however you may choose the outfitter of your choice.

Average Temperatures in the summer months range in the upper 80's and the low 40's in winter.

Elevation is 1359 feet

 

Don't Forget the Following Items for yout Trip...

• A good pair of gym shoes or hiking boots
• Waterproof Sun Block
• Swim Suit
• Insect Repellant
• Waterproof Containers for floating the river
• Shady Oaks Campground is in a dry county so BYOB
